Simple House Solutions is now hiring a Construction Manager that has a passion for Investment Real Estate, Team Building and Management! We are currently looking for applicants who are interested in working with a unique "home flipping" team!! We are an investment real estate company that buys, remodels and sells/rents properties in Alabama, Georgia and North Carolina. Travel will be a large part of this position, even after we have established a full roster of trustworthy GC’s and subs.
This role is for a highly enthusiastic and positive person that will be in charge of finding/recruiting GC’s/Crews/Subs, managing our existing GC’s including managing each project’s draw schedule, constantly researching more cost effective supplies, and be making owner level finish out decisions on a weekly basis!

Work Related Qualifications/Requirements:
~ Must have 5+ years as a licensed GC or similar
~ Must be willing/able to travel regularly
~ Must understand working with a real estate investment company vs traditional home owner remodeling
~ Experience working with real estate hedge funds a big plus
~ Have current trustworthy contractors in Huntsville/Birmingham AL, Augusta GA or Fayetteville NC a huge plus!
~ Must be knowledgeable regarding all building codes
~ Due to managing several GC’s you’ll need to have the ability to be a Business Development Manager, plan on helping each GC with additional resources, cheaper supplies, etc.
~ Can easily demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills
~ Able to create relationships with new GC’s/crews along with an experience that leaves an outstanding impression

~ Must enjoy reaching out to new crews on a constant basis, in person and on the phone
~ Must have a genuine love for helping people and educating them on how we make them successful!
~ Must be an extremely quick communicator via phone, email and texts
~ Must have strong computer skills and be able to stay organized online!

The compensation structure is very competitive and exciting! Base Salary + Bonuses on properties completed on time and/or under budget. Benefits package also including health insurance & PTO.
