Job Description

Cybernetics, a leader in innovation for data storage and backup solutions, is hiring for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative. This supported position will work with management and marketing in consulting new and existing clients on our industry leading products and services.

An Inside Sales Representative will promote and sell our products to clients directly and through authorized resellers, establishing and developing relationships that will increase sales and opportunity potential. Our Technical Sales Representatives also communicate customer feedback to our research and development teams to improve and create new, first of its kind products aligned with customer needs and expectations.

Excellent oral and technical writing skills are needed in this Technical Sales Representative role. Candidates should work well in an office setting and be comfortable conducting business over the phone. Training provided.

Your Responsibilities will include:
*Prospect quality customers and leads from our sales leads database

*Attract and close resellers on our partner program

*Retain current business and develop new business contacts

* Consult with clients and prospects to determine needs and advise how our products may be a solution

*Understanding the business objectives and goals of clients to help them achieve their objectives with our products


  • Strong organizational, written and presentation skills.
  • Competitive, energetic and self-starter.
  • Ability to overcome objections.
  • Above average computer skills (Knowledge of computer hardware/ software and networking is a plus!)
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment with a desire to win.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.

This position is Mon.-Fri., 9am-6pm and requires commitment and dedication to learning and understanding the technology behind our business. The right individual will be hard working and have a clear understanding of how consultative sales works.
