Role Description:
The Entry-Level Sales Representative will be responsible for following up with new business inquiries and growing our client base by identifying and converting sales opportunities. You will be an integral part of our sales team, helping to achieve ambitious growth targets while developing strong relationships with potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual looking to build a career in sales.
The sales representative position will include but not be limited to offering benefit packages and business development products. If opportunities arise to present other products outside of the original inquiry, a working knowledge of all products is required for cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities/Objectives:
- Client Qualification: Client meetings are hosted in a virtual environment such as Zoom or Meets. This process is used to determine if the client meets our criteria for onboarding.
- Customer Relationship Building: Sales representatives are expected to maintain a productive client relationship and service their accounts accordingly.
- Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
- Sales Strategy Execution: If opportunities arise to present other products outside of the original inquiry, a working knowledge of all products is required for cross-selling.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to refine and execute strategies for meeting sales targets.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in the English language
- Reliable transportation
- US Citizen or US work authorization
- Basic understanding of computers
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Growth mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Success Metrics:
- Within 30 Days: Learn about our product offerings, sales process, and CRM system. Begin qualifying potential leads while completing onboarding with senior team members.
- Within 90 Days: Success in navigating provided inquiries and leads while reaching rookie 90-day minimum standards.
- Within 365 Days: Achieve initial sales targets and contribute to overall team success through client conversions. The top 20% is typically reviewed for growth opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
