We offer one-on-one assisted stretching with the sole focus of improving range of motion and flexibility so our clients can move through life with more ease and less pain. We're looking for a growth minded and experienced Sales | General Manager to join our leadership team in Greenbrae! If you are passionate about health and wellness, creating a high level customer experience and managing KPIs and all facets of sales and operations of a busy studio, let's start a conversation!

What You Bring
- Proven sales, ops and customer service skills -- previous experience in membership sales and studio management strongly preferred
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs and implement sales strategies
- Attention to detail and follow through; highly organized and ability to multi-task
- Passion for health and wellness!

- Team player; collaborative; works well with others
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency with computers and studio software
- Marketing savvy: adept in email marketing and social media
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary $70K - $75K, plus commission on sales and bonuses tied to performance

Job Responsibilities
- Manage all studio sales, operations and customer service
- Lead generation and management (digital ad campaigns, grassroots mktg and partnerships/networking)
- Drive membership sales, track daily/weekly KPIs, hit monthly revenue and new member targets
- Create excellent customer experience; maintain high retention rates
- Proficiency in Club Ready and reporting for all studio metrics
- Manage all scheduling and bookings
- Supervise, manage and develop a team of 12-15 (sales associates and practitioners)
- Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures; maintain clean and organized studio
- Lead/plan regular management and team meetings
- Track and procure all studio inventory
- Implement marketing campaigns; studio promotions and community events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
