Position Summary
As the Global Services Program Manager, you are responsible for executing on our marketing initiatives for global products and services, including developing and managing marketing programs, content, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding Meridian’s market presence. This position will coordinate with corporate directives and partner closely with global product management, sales leadership, business development and external partners in support of achieving Meridian’s business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Creating and managing innovative marketing program strategies to capture market share for global products and services
  • Collaborating with global product managers and sales to perform market research, positioning, value proposition, and effective messaging for regional target customers; facilitate effective program development that meets multi-regional needs; ensure global efficacy of programs.
  • Create content and manage the content schedule for the subject matter experts including and not limited to: press releases, white papers, case studies, videos, blogs, etc. through channels such as email campaigns, trade shows, websites, microsites, industry articles, etc
  • Manage the customer success program for global services by coordinating with sales and customers to identify candidate customers, craft their story in relation to the relevant global service, create content, and leverage this content in targeted marketing campaigns
  • Build and manage robust lead nurturing content that support the lead to revenue lifecycle
  • Coordinate with external Partners to develop joint marketing programs, campaigns, events, webinars, presentations, customer stories, and other marketing collateral
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs for global services on an ongoing basis and focus on continual improvement to drive maximum ROI
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, required or requisite work experience
  • A Minimum of 7 years integrated marketing experience leading, designing, and implementing marketing programs for global products or services
  • Demonstrate organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and constantly changing priorities in a rapid, ambiguous, and high-pressure environment
  • Able to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience developing sophisticated marketing collateral including press releases, white papers, service catalogs, blogs, emails, and videos
  • Experience working with customers and developing customer success stories/references
  • Work in coordination with corporate marketing initiatives to implement marketing automation programs and campaigns
  • Strong grasp of PowerPoint, Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot or Marketo), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other SEO/SEM related tools; Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Flexibility and willingness to handle new and different tasks and ability to work in a team environment
  • Fluency in social media sites and tools especially LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, blogs, and vlogs
  • Superb interpersonal communication skills, including impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Incredible attention to detail is a must
  • Work out of Chicago office
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, including international travel
