Job Overview
As a Bill Acquisition Coordinator I you will be an essential member of the AvidXchange utility team. As part of our AvidXchange utility service, we are responsible for making sure our customers utility bills are received, processed and paid on-time. You will be responsible for reviewing and obtaining missing invoices in order to fulfil this obligation for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and obtain missing invoices from vendors through various means
  • Contact vendor to ensure that the customer mailing address is accurate
  • Coordinate with utility customer care team for any client contact
  • Upload customer invoices into AvidXchange systems
  • Manage customer inbox and information distribution
  • Processing and resolving urgent and in-house indexing needs
  • Responsible for reviewing and correcting error reports

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • 0-1 year of customer service experience is typically required to perform at expectation
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Proven ability to problem solve
  • Adept at multi-tasking
  • Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Typically, does not require advanced education and requires little to no prior experience
  • Previous knowledge of Utility industry
