We are looking for a highly motivated, fast learner who can utilize product and industry training knowledge to meet Eufora's high standard of quality customer care providing service to our Salon customers with a focus on customer success, growth and business prospecting.

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing an engaging and professional interaction with customers by phone, email, and web-based service CRM applications
  • Making outbound calls to key accounts
  • Receiving and accurately processing orders for products, literature, and promotions
  • Entering customer orders, shipments, payments, and order tracking information to appropriate applications and systems
  • Building relationships with customer base and resolving customer issues with a focus on the customer experience
  • Managing a database for customer invoices, accounts receivable, and promotional activity
  • Utilizing in-depth product knowledge to answer more specialized calls
  • Business prospecting in support of the sales team

The qualified candidate is:

A strong, solution-based thinker, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities. You must be able to handle high-volume workload, be extremely organized, and possess efficient time management skills to meet the needs of our busy Salon customers.

Our CSR must possess a positive attitude with the ability to easily connect with others over the phone. You must be a dependable, honest, hard-working person who enjoys teamwork.

The required background and skills for this position are:

  • 2 years customer service experience
  • 1 year order processor experience
  • Inside Sales experience desired (2 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Accurate, fast typing skills
  • Proficiency with all Google products (Gmail, Google docs, Google sheets, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • HS Diploma or GED is required
  • Data entry experience desired
  • Experience in sales or call center preferred
  • 1 year of call center or phone-answering experience desired
  • Sage50 accounting software experience desired
  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM desired

Performance will be measured through Customer Satisfaction, accuracy and timeliness of work, and meeting sales goals.
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour + bonus
