Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients within assigned territories to drive sales growth.
- Conduct direct sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer engagement.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on business development initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for both parties.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in territory management and direct sales within a competitive environment.
- Strong background in business development with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Proficiency in inside sales techniques, including cold calling and relationship building.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, including business development and territory management

Pay: $63,133.00 - $73,804.00 per year
