  • Identify business opportunities, develop customer relations and meet their needs;
  • The advisor has the mandate to develop equipment rentals at a national level.
  • Develop strategies to achieve fixed objectives;
  • Meet the needs of our customers by finding the appropriate solution;
  • Handle the calls for tenders and major quotes;
  • Prepare quotes and ensure follow-ups;
  • Ensure the profitability of rental offers;
  • Follow-up with customers having outstanding quotes (recurring);
  • Draft procedures for each contract;
  • Work with service and business development representatives at branch level to create opportunities in local markets;
  • Work with external rental partners to realize development opportunities when our rental equipment fleet is insufficient.
  • Achieve sales objectives;
  • Reach gross margin objectives;
  • Customer satisfaction (NPS).
  • DEC in sales or relevant fields to the position;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years.
