Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed quotas of calls, presentations and qualified sales leads
  • Conduct daily cold-calling and online lead generation activities to maintain a funnel of active leads and follow-up as required
  • Manage prospects from lead generation through demos with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections and foster relationships
  • Work closely with the sales organization to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target accounts
  • Conduct web and phone-based demos to drive customer acquisition
  • Use Salesforce.com to maintain and report on SDR activity and metrics
  • Manage the administrative functions of Regulated Industries (RI) specific channels - Multi-tier proposals and proposal management, technical writing and cross functional requirements management
  • Enable the direct and indirect partners through our distributors to ensure maximum
    benefits for existing and future customers: Contract vehicles access, Use of consultants, Special bid processes, Order/fulfillment, Demand generation and marketing alignment Quarterly business reviews
  • Define, document and implement Regulated Industry specific processes
  • Maintain overall list of available contract vehicles with associated fees and processes
  • Develop and maintain training materials specific to the RI team including messaging,
    targets, specific processes etc.

Requirements:

  • 5 years minimum in public sector sales development and strategy
  • Proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required
  • Ability to build successful client relationships and overcome objections/rejections over the phone
  • Analytical, with strong business acumen
  • Flexible personality, able to adapt to surroundings
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation and contract development experience
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • CCaaS knowledge a plus
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
