nugget.ai is recruiting and screening candidates on behalf of our partner BUYPROPERLY and its clients. nugget.ai will be responsible for application and screening processes, and if you’re selected, our partner will be responsible for the interview stage of the hiring process.

About the Position: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to create and guide the strategic direction and operational execution of our expansion in Canada and US. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Technology team to plan & execute go-to-market plans including PR, paid media, CRM, partnerships and community building efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage holistic marketing plan for Canada and for our launch in US
  • Develop product positioning and messaging and differentiates our products in the market in our buyer group
  • Partner with sales to develop the strategy and content that drive demand for our products
  • Utilize consumer insights to get a deeper understanding of our consumer and develop insight-driven marketing
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Delivery teams and be the expert on our buyers, users and competitors and distill this research into data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Product, Sales and Technology teams to champion and execute marketing specific competitive intelligence, market research, and buyer persona projects
  • Manage and grow a lean marketing team.
  • Improve marketing efficiency while aggressively scaling output
