This is a full-time, hybrid remote/office work position at our headquarters in Sandy, UT.

Duties And Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:- Evaluates and adjusts sales and marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions within the PEO industry.
- Monitors competitors’ products, sales and marketing activities.
- Reports on sales activity to CEO and executive management team.
- Manages multiple channel selling strategies and marketing tools.
- Provides input regarding advertising and promotional creativity of the company’s services.
- Recommends creative sales strategies based on market research and competitor analyses.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Directs sales forecasting and business development activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Promotes the company’s DNA through all product lines, presentations, promotional materials, and events.
- Builds relationships with clients, assisting the business development team with meetings, negotiating and closing deals.
- Prepares sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Generates, develops and manages business development team to carry out departmental goals and initiatives.
- Communicates with internal departments during client onboarding processes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
1. Minimum five years of business-related acumen and experience (sales operations, finance, marketing, etc.).
2. Degree in Business or other related field. MBA preferred, but not required.
3. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
4. Proven sales and marketing leader able to drive revenue and growth.
5. Ability to find creative problem solving and marketing techniques.
6. A strategic, self-starter who enjoys a challenge and is results driven.
7. A leader who can take feedback from their team and combine it with industry best practices to develop and improve company strategies.
8. Intimate knowledge of sales, brand marketing, lead generation and can build requests for proposals.
9. Excellent interpersonal communication with a wide variety of business audiences.
10. Ability to develop and deliver presentations to C-Suite executives and decision makers.
