At Top Quality Flooring, we specialize in furnishing and install flooring and tile for new construction and renovation projects, including Multi-Family and Commercial projects across the nation.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Floor Sales Representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional flooring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Assist in preparing and submitting bids for flooring projects.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales (2+ years preferred), preferably in flooring, construction, or a related field.
- Some understanding of flooring products and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
