We are currently looking to add a Parts and Service Sales Representative to our Red Lake, Ontario region.

Reports to: Manager, Operations

Shift: 5 x 2, Mon – Fri, 8 hours per day

Location: Red Lake, Ontario

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation.

Responsibilities:
Identify parts and service issues / opportunities; and act as liaison with customers

Provides first contact support to customers and aids them with all parts related inquiries.

Develop sales opportunities for all Joy Hard Rock product lines, with a focus on parts and service products and support.

Receives, processes and revises all purchase orders from the customer and reviews all major shut down orders ensure accuracy of ordered parts

Build strong working relationships with relevant customer personnel.

Provide quotes for mine sites

Manages effective communication with external and internal Customers to effectively resolve problems and issues that affect orders and delivery.

Participate as a key member in an account team.

Assist as required in any physical inventory counts of consignment stock.

Processes returns and credit from the customers, both external and internal.

Available for on-call duties as required (typically 1 out of every 3 weeks).

Coordinate with the AR group to resolve any past due invoices.

Support and be committed to a strong safety culture to achieve organizational safety goals

Skills / Qualification:
1 – 3 years of Customer Service experience.

High School Diploma or GED.

Candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and some background or experience in parts would be an asset.

Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving with a strong customer focus.

Self-motivated; adaptable to change with strong organizational skills.

Results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team.

High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; ERP system (SAP) experience is considered an asset.

Candidate must be detailed orientated and have a high level of accuracy.

Strong communication skills are a must have with the ability to interact with both internal and external customers.

Bilingual French/English is strongly preferred.
