Job Description

The Business Development/Internet Sales Representative is a technically savvy individual who understands computers, the internet, and other technologies and is someone that can communicate in a clear, efficient way with customers using their preferred method of communication. He or she responds to customer inquiries in a professional and highly informative fashion that results in an appointment to visit the Dealership.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong understanding of today's technologies and have excellent computer, internet, and phone skills.

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED (post high school education preferred), a proven sales performance record (in any industry), and a willingness to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota on an ongoing basis. He or she must have a strong understanding of today's technologies and have excellent computer, internet, and mobile/Smart phone and tablet skills. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
  • Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, e-mail or in person)
  • Manage all incoming phone and internet leads while meeting our guidelines for response time and answer any questions
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, financing options, promotions and industry trends
  • Perform long term follow up with prospect (i.e. internet leads, unsold showroom visits, missed appointments)
  • Previous call center/or Internet sales experience a plus
  • Sales experience is a plus, NOT required
  • Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
  • Have excellent phone skills
  • Strong computer proficiency

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
