Title: Business Development Manager/Associate Director/Director (Clinical Research)
Location: Dallas / Ft. Worth, Texas Metro Area
Reports to: Head of Strategic Partnerships and Sales

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform outreach, develop and maintain relationships to cultivate new study opportunities from sponsor companies and CRO companies
- Manage, nurture, and convert study leads into study opportunities
- Manage customer accounts and work with existing customers to expand their portfolio of work with Cedar
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity; generate outbound lead opportunities
- Facilitate rapid and accurate completion and submission of trial opportunity components, including coordinating the completion of clinical trial site feasibility surveys
- Provide strategic input into the development and execution of Cedar Healths Go-To-Market Plan
- Develop and foster relationships with key decision-makers at CROs, biotechs, and pharmaceutical companies
- Be a key client facing contact who will attend pharmaceutical conferences with the goal of landing new business and exposure for the company
Requirements:

- Passion for sales - you know how to pitch and sell any product to anyone
- Storytelling ability to provide engaging and articulate information about value proposition to potential sponsors/CROs while showcasing the best of what Cedar Health has to offer
- Prior experience conducting business development activities in support of investigator site services targeted toward CROs, biotechs, and pharmaceutical customers. Years of experience required varies for Manager/Associate Director/Director roles.
