We are currently hiring for our Call Center Confirmations Team. Representatives will contact customers to qualify them and Confirm scheduled appointments to meet with sales representative. - Consulting with our customers to ensure their complete satisfaction and understanding of the value of their Solar product.
- Have a professional manner and be an expert at establishing rapport with clients quickly
- Effectively overcome and handled objections
- Create a positive experience for all clients
- Qualifies prospective customers for solar and generate appointments for our sales teams.
- Validating prospective customer’s contact and home information in CRM system.
- Obtain, confirm, and enter customer information data into the CRM.
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple platforms.
- Attention to detail for data entry.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
- Prior Call Center, Inside Sales, Customer Retention, or Solar Sales experience preferred.
- A professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ambition to succeed
- Willing to be mentored and eager to learn
