Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role is uniquely suited to an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of healthcare environments. You will drive the full sales cycle, from identifying high-value leads to closing impactful, long-term partnerships that directly support our mission.
Your background in healthcare sales is essential as you’ll need to navigate complex medical conversations, connect with industry professionals, and tailor Trinity’s solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. Collaborating closely with the Business Development team, you will shape and implement targeted strategies that showcase the value of TMS's innovative offerings to healthcare providers. Attending industry conferences, building lasting relationships, and leading dynamic sales presentations, you will serve as a key representative for TMS, ensuring our solutions reach those who need them most.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong focus on healthcare sales.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, deliver effective sales pitches, and close high-impact deals.
- Proficient in CRM tools, sales tracking, and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry environments, including medical terminology.
Compensation:
Offering a competitive base salary of $75,000 and a high-reward quarterly bonus potential of $100,000, this role is both challenging and immensely rewarding.
