Think coaching, training and mentoring the inside and outside sales teams while driving CRM adoption to ensure everyone is on track. With an overarching goal in the first year to build an inside sales process from scratch, you will also refine our outside sales strategies.
You’ll attend trade shows and dive deep into understanding pricing strategies, market trends and customer types. You’ll also play a crucial role in working with the team on contracts, overcoming barriers to expansion and aligning sales objectives with overarching business goals.
Beyond building and inspiring, you will develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets and reporting processes and share those data insights with our leadership team to help drive strategic decision-making—all in a day’s work.

Compensation:
Find stability and opportunity with a base of $150K-$175K + bonus. Add in benefits, retreats/off-sites, awards and recognition, and more!
