Ecolab is seeking a Health Department Intelligence Team Leader to join its EcoSure division, an industry leader in food safety and total quality assurance. This critical role will be responsible for leading the EcoSure Health Department Intelligence team.

  • Oversee HDI Collections associates and processes ensuring that inspections are collected with speed, accuracy and quality.
  • Collaboration with HDI Program Manager, Account Management and IT/Tech Ops Teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
  • Developing and reporting on metrics for monitoring system value proposition and performance
  • Collaborate with IT team on prioritizing extractor builds, fixes and all system components related to the collections process.
  • Be responsible for the entire Collection Process
  • Oversee the evolution of the Ecolab HDI offering including managing vendor relationships, managing project rollouts, IT development timelines and product enhancements
  • Build and lead a high-performance team with a sense of urgency, a focus on results, and a commitment to quality.
  • Train, teach and coach the HDI Collections Team Data Entry and QA Team in the areas of:
    • Customer set up
    • Health Department set up and maintenance
    • Jurisdiction communication for inspection collection
    • System trouble shooting
  • Develop relationships with Account Teams that foster strong collaboration to support customers in the areas of on-boarding, on-going support and system expertise
  • Track and report on HDI Collections Staff performance metrics
  • Monitor and report on System performance metrics (value prop, on-boarding status)
  • Provide demos of HDI process and web reporting during office tours and for customers as needed
  • Expert on HDI process and capabilities to enable customer and account team support.
  • Expert on HDI data and be able to use reporting tools to develop Ad Hoc data analytics for account teams, customers and marketing
  • Facilitate discussions with project/data requestors and subject matter experts to obtain consensus on data needs or project requirements.
  • Provide vision, scope and requirements for system enhancement through research and fact finding combined with an understanding of the system. Develop and lead testing and implementation plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
  • 5+ years experience in a business environment
  • 3+ years experience in employee supervision
  • 3+ years experience in account, program or systems management
  • Experience in project management and customer support
  • Experience in Ad Hoc report development using reporting tools such as Access and Excel
  • Strong leadership skills to coordinate scope and requirements
  • Strong analytical, business process development and problem solving skills
  • No Immigration Sponsorship available

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Health Department protocols and data services
  • Proven leadership skills in other roles within EcoSure and/or previous experience.
  • Experience dealing with time demands, incomplete information or unexpected events.
  • Strong skills developing and training direct reports
