Job Description:

HSIO CN, a division of Amphenol Corporation, is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobil Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEM’s globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Account Manager is the voice of the customer into the organization as well as the voice of Amphenol out to the customer. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this individual will have responsibility for several key OEM customers in the USA and North America Area within the High-Speed Connector IO Business (HSIO). The position requires excellent communication skills but also has a substantial focus on customer cares and marketing/Business analysis.

  • Support customer activities, resolution of delivery, quality, inventory and demand issues in an international environment
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly order and revenue projections for the responsible account(s)
  • Forecast analysis and preparing book-to-ship estimates
  • Collaborate with internal business partners in sales and product line management to prepare negotiation strategy, submit proposals and negotiate order fulfillment agreements to maximize share
  • Prepare market share goals and work with sales, product management and operations to achieve those objectives and resolve any shortfalls to the plan
  • Identify end customer market analysis/opportunities and develop plans to fulfill gaps to close the total available market space

The successful candidate will be skilled at working at a high level of detail and will be able to manage multiple tasks for customers in a time sensitive environment. You will also make presentations to top management; organizational skills and summarizing conclusions via data analysis is an important part of the position. To do so requires a good, working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to communicate effectively. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Marketing, Business or related area
  • Advanced PC Skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Working ability with V-lookups, Pivot Tables, and other more advanced excel skills
  • 5 plus years of experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Planning or Finance
