We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our growing organization in the industry of financial services. The position requires working knowledge of decomposing and remodeling business processes and understanding business data.


  • Writing and gathering software requirements including business process workflows;
  • Decomposing and remodeling of business processes;
  • Developing automated back-office processes;
  • Collaborating with different stakeholders to identify, streamline and automate operational processes;
  • Translating requests into new models and solutions;
  • Following adequate procedures and company standards;
  • Any other related tasks as required by management.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field;
  • Excellent business analyst skills, including diagraming, modeling, flows, requirements, and risk analysis;
  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills;
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, diagram and workflow software, UI mockup applications, etc;
  • Experienced in process automation including orchestration, integration and execution;
  • Excellent English and French (verbal and written);

Nous recherchons un analyste technique d'entreprise expérimenté pour rejoindre notre organisation en pleine croissance dans le secteur des services financiers. Le poste exige une connaissance pratique de la décomposition et du remodelage des processus d'affaires et la compréhension des données d'affaires.


  • Rédaction et collecte des exigences logicielles, y compris les flux de processus d'affaires ;
  • Décomposer et remodeler les processus d'affaires ;
  • Développer des processus automatisés de back-office ;
  • Collaborer avec différentes parties prenantes pour identifier, rationaliser et automatiser les processus opérationnels ;
  • Traduire les demandes en nouveaux modèles et solutions ;
  • Suivre les procédures adéquates et les normes de l'entreprise ;
  • Toute autre tâche connexe requise par la direction.


  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un domaine similaire ;
  • Excellentes compétences d'analyste d'affaires, notamment en matière de diagramme, de modélisation, de flux, d'exigences et d'analyse des risques ;
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de résolution de problèmes, de pensée critique et d'analyse ;
  • Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Office, des logiciels de diagramme et de flux de travail, des applications de maquette d'interface utilisateur, etc ;
  • Expérience dans l'automatisation des processus, y compris l'orchestration, l'intégration et l'exécution ;
  • Excellent anglais et français (oral et écrit) ;
