The Opportunity with McKinstry
We are adding a Business Operations Coordinator to our growing Energy and Technical Services Platform division to provide excellent administrative support. You will be an essential member of a warm and welcoming team, making everything run like clockwork. Additional responsibilities include:
Business Operations
- Coordinate account management activities across team members and departments in a timely manner.
- Schedule meetings as requested and coordinate pre and post meeting communications including detailing agenda, content owners, track resulting action items and other follow-up.
- Assist in coordinating conferences, client events and internal sales team events.
- Maintain a common file storage for assigned activities and assets in a fashion that can be accessed and quickly absorbed by participants and collaborators.
- Help pull data from McKinstry databases (Salesforce, PowerBI, excel, etc.) to create clear reports, summaries and support analysis of data.
- Research and compile market and project information to help teams solve problems.
- May perform other business operation activities as requested.
Communication & Relationships
- Develop and maintain professional internal relationships, providing a high level of customer service across teams, departments and regions.
- Manage flow of information to SharePoint, the network and stakeholders.
- Communicate and share information on department expectations and best practices.
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and build strong relationships.
- Experience providing business support in a large matrixed organization or multi-office environment strongly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Some experience with SharePoint preferred.

The pay range for this position is $19.30 - $27.85 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
