The Store Manager will oversee all day-to-day studio functionality from sales to staffing and will provide full support for our amazing estheticians, receptionists, and clients. This includes scheduling services, welcoming guests, checking in/out guests, problem-solving and keeping the studio organized. The Store Manager will also be responsible for maximizing sales productivity, profitability, maintaining and growing our membership base, inventory control, and working with local businesses to create off-site or on-site events to foster a fun-filled community for Clean Your Dirty Face.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the on-boarding, training and development of all staff members as necessary and ensure optimal staffing levels
- Drive team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals and membership base by fostering a positive environment. Develop a very energetic, fun, positive culture through contests and incentive based motivation
- Demonstrate a solutions-oriented mindset and ability to execute within company standards in any situation
- Provides every staff member with formal reviews, but also provide in the moment feedback and coaching to your team when necessary
- Actively seeks new partnerships and event planning opportunities to build strong community relationships and brand awareness
- Owns in-studio retail by ensuring regular attention is paid to merchandising and product sales and that all products are restocked and properly displayed. Monitor inventory levels and order as needed
- Manage and create trackers as necessary (client, profit, inventory, marketing, etc.)
- Navigate and master the online point of sale system for sales transactions, appointment booking, check-ins and client account management
- Owns the in-studio client experience from end-to-end. Provides outstanding customer service; builds client relationships and ensures each client receives a consistent, memorable experience.
- Complete or ensure daily opening and closing tasks are completed
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Ability to work full-time which can include weekends and evenings (~40 hours a week)
- A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor. A passion for skincare is a plus!
- 2+ years of management experience in retail/salon hospitality, health + fitness and or restaurants preferred. Previous Spa experience strongly desired
- Amazing communication skills - must be able to set clear expectations and give/receive feedback clearly and effectively
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule (want to get in a workout or visit the doctor by skipping the rush hour times? That’s what Thursdays are for!)
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to multitask, demonstrate initiative and strong work ethic, is equally as happy rolling up their sleeves and digging into metrics as they are networking with local business owners and handing out free facial cards
- A self-starter who will identify problems and present proactive solutions to the appropriate members of the CYDF team
- A LOVE for customer service
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs. overhead and stand for 6 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
