Who We Are Looking For?

Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented engineer with a knack for problem-solving and a zest for technology? Do you thrive in environments where your contributions lead directly to business success? If so, you might be the ideal candidate to join our team as a Sales Support Engineer. This role is perfect for someone with an engineering background, ready to dive deep into technical consultations, sales support, and process administration, all while delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Your Impact

Sales and Sales Support:

· Work with dealers to design products for custom building requirements.

· Create and optimize Profit & Loss statements to drive the company’s profitability up.

· Work with senior management to innovate the product offerings.

· Represent the company at trade and customer events.

Technical Support:

· Utilize your technical expertise to advise clients help them resolve complex issues.

· Gain an in-depth understanding of our products to identify and align solutions with customer goals.

· Collaborate on technical proposals and support the sales team with accurate and compelling product demonstrations.

· Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to provide insightful support and recommendations.

Sales Administration:

· Efficiently manage sales orders and customer accounts, ensuring all processes run smoothly.

· Maintain meticulous records and contribute to system enhancements to improve efficiency.

· Support logistics and coordinate various administrative tasks to ensure operational excellence.

Who You Are?

· A driven professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

· A detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach and a strong technical aptitude.

· Excellent at managing relationships, communicating effectively, and solving problems.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to evolving priorities.

· Fluent in English, with proficiency in French or Spanish considered a strong asset.

· You like dogs.

Additional Information

· Location: Choose between Salmon Arm or Burnaby, BC.

· This is a full-time position.

· Travel (both domestic and international) is required.
