À l'aide des outils et du support fournis par FLS, nos professionnels en vente sont responsables au développement des relations d’affaire au sein de leurs clients. Au fur et à mesure que la relation d’affaire se développe, notre équipe de service clientèle prend la responsabilité des transactions et l'équipe de répartition obtient les ressources du transporteur. Le temps de nos vendeurs est alors consacré à la gestion d’affaires au sein de leurs comptes existants et à la recherche de nouvelles opportunités.

FLS peut également identifier, qualifier et assigner rapidement de nouveaux transporteurs pour tirer avantage des nouvelles voies et des opportunités clients.


Responsabilités:

  • Stimuler les ventes et atteindre les objectifs stratégiques;
  • Créer des stratégies en vente en rassemblant des informations sur le marché, en analysant les opportunités et en documentant la méthodologie de vente;
  • Construire un volume d’affaire de clients fidèles et générer des ventes de qualité grâce au réseautage, aux démarchages téléphoniques et à l'établissement de relations dans le cadre d'une stratégie de vente coordonnée.
  • Gérer de manière proactive une filière de ventes et développer une stratégie de succès durable à long terme;
  • Répondre aux demandes de clients potentiels en préparant les réponses aux demandes de propositions (RFP) et aux demandes de prix (RFQ-s);
  • Préparer des présentations et livrer aux clients potentiels;
  • Participer activement aux réunions de vente et rendre compte des objectifs de vente, des prévisions et des gains;
  • Établir de nouvelles relations et maintenir et développer les relations existantes avec la clientèle;

  • 2 ans et plus d'expérience dans le courtage de fret

Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales and achieving strategic objectives;
  • Creating sales strategies by gathering market information, analyzing opportunities and documenting sales methodology;
  • Building a book of repeat business and generating quality sales through networking, cold-calling prospects and building relationships as part of a coordinated sales strategy.
  • Pro-actively managing a sales pipeline and developing a strategy for long-term sustained success;
  • Responding to client prospect inquiries by preparing responses to requests for proposals (RFP-s) and requests for quotations (RFQ-s);
  • Preparing presentations and delivering to prospective clients;
  • Actively participating in sales meetings and reporting on sales goals, forecasting and wins.
