Sales Representative responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.   • Monitoring and analyzing market trends
  • Understanding current and potential customers
  • Developing the sales and marketing initiatives
  • Implementation of the sales funnel and marketing mix
  • Meeting sales and marketing objectives
  • Adhering to sales and marketing budgets
  • Ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks
  • Identifying target markets and developing initiatives to communicate with them
  • Studying competitors' products and services


  • Achieve individual sales target and manage monetary collections.
  • Create and manage overall action plans to exceed sales quota
  • Discovering new business contacts and closing the sale
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Enter data in a CRM system and produce timely sales reports.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Skills and Qualifications

  • Advance language proficiency in French is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration
  • 1+ years of work experience as a sales executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a must
  • Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint

Expected start date: 2021-08-02

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Salary: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
