Xyntek is seeking entrepreneurial, dedicated, and motivated employees that are interested in joining a fast-paced Engineering Customer Service Team involved in go-live client and engineering support.The ideal candidates will be involved in all aspects of go-live support such as warranty support, ticket system support, client phone communication, troubleshooting, spare parts, preventative maintenance, scheduling and more. The successful candidate will aid in the departments overall operations to support client automation equipment deployed at various sites in the US and around the world, including packaging lines, database/data transfer, industrial machine vision inspection systems, robotic systems, logistics sorting systems, and other industrial automation hardware/software. This position will also be responsible for leveraging, maintaining, and growing all customer success processes, training and documentation.
Create and foster strong relationships with Xyntek clients via the Xyntek support system;
Communicate with all levels of the office: Supervisors, Peers, etc. in effort to solve open requests and help inquires;
Assist global support staff on resolving customer and technical requests in a timely manner by providing live support assistance, coaching and guidance;
Develop product, business, process improvements by identifying opportunities and logical solutions;
Create process flow improvements, tools, and aids to assist representatives and staff with the overall client experience;
Educate clients on support system features or services to address current and future needs;
Provide timely customer support through the Xyntek support system;
Utilize appropriate engineer(s) for resolution of escalated support requests;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Operations, Marketing, Communications or related fields is encouraged. Completion of equivalent technical training courses and professional certification and/or previous work experience will also be considered;
Familiarity with customer service, help desk, call center or CRM systems (Zendesk / Zoho);
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong clear phone etiquette required;
Ability to communicate well with others including sharing technical context with non-technical individuals to better understand client perspectives;
Strong relationship building - Enthusiasm for engaging with colleagues and clients. Carefully listens to understand concerns and needs. Ability to build authentic relationships across and throughout global organizations;
Skilled with decision making, problem solving, troubleshooting and navigation of challenging situations in a professional environment;
Strong team player who enjoys working hard, is dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations and exhibits professionalism.
Strong time management, attentiveness & organizational skills are required;
Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization;
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office or Google Suite;
Strong technical writing ability;
Possession of a valid driver's license that is in good standing;
Ability to travel as needed based on project requirements;
