The Client Account Manager will work with our clients to manage customer accounts, increase the profit margins of sales being produced, and expand market share for our clients. The Client Account Manager will be a part of collaboration with some of the world’s most renowned telecommunication companies and develop relationships with customers that move the needle in generating new business with primary decision makers.

As A Client Account Manager, You Will:
- Interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner to generate product awareness
- Providing detailed information about products and services to customers by being their on-site primary point of contact addressing any and all questions
- Actively listen to customers needs finding the best solution for them and then process those sales order requests
- Conducting product demonstrations to showcase our clients service features and benefits
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer service
- Be prepared to tailor solutions to customer needs by staying educated on new product and service offerings that are continually being released by our client
- Monitor and record sales data to utilize those insights and refine sales strategies for performance improvement
Client Account Manager Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, client service or account manager role is a plus
- Interpersonal skills to build engaging and genuine relationships with our customers
- Eagerness to learn and open to feedback for continued improvement and development
- Proven capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to any given situation given the client or customers inquiries

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
