We are looking for an exceptional ServiceNow Solutions Architect to architect ServiceNow technical solutions. This person will be able to demonstrate hands on experience gained through multiple implementations of ITSM and ITOM applications.

Specific duties include:
  • Leading the design, development, testing, roll out and support of innovative software solutions, including mentoring ServiceNow Developers
  • Creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex workflows
  • Communicating with the customer in technical/non-technical terms, understanding their business requirements, and providing suitable solutions
  • Establishing complex internal and external/third-party integrations
  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure a flowing integration and leading meetings of cross-functional IT and business teams

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in IT or Business with more than 8 years in the IT sector
  • At least four years of experience in implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Release Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Self- Service Portal, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
  • Technical writing for requirements, design, testing, training and project management documents
  • Full understanding of the Agile approach
  • ITIL v3 Foundation and ServiceNow Certifications
  • Legal ability to work in Canada
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate and communicate effectively with clients
