Copart Inc., un leader mondial offrant des services de vente de véhicules, cherche un gestionnaire de compte expérimenté pour ses services aux commerçants dans la région de Montréal. Les gestionnaires de compte CDS sont responsables des relations avec les clients, et ont comme objectif principal de maintenir et d'accroitre le volume et les revenus provenant des concessionnaires franchisés ou indépendants existants et des nouveaux clients commerçants.

Responsabilités

  • Établir de nouvelles affaires et élargir la clientèle existante de concessionnaires d'automobiles et de commerçants de flottes d'automobiles dans un territoire désigné.
  • Créer, maintenir et fournir des prévisions de vente précises et en temps opportun pour un territoire désigné.
  • Travailler en équipe en soutenant une approche unifiée pour fournir des solutions aux clients.
  • Servir de liaison entre nos clients et l'organisation.
  • Visiter les emplacements des clients pour établir des relations assurant la satisfaction et la fidélisation.
  • Accroitre le volume tout en identifiant et en exploitant les nouvelles opportunités commerciales des clients existants.
  • Recueillir et mettre à jour régulièrement les informations des clients relatives aux volumes projetés et fournir des commentaires au directeur des ventes CDS du Canada.
  • Utiliser tous les moyens appropriés pour répondre aux problèmes et préoccupations des clients, et pour les résoudre.
  • Travailler avec le directeur régional des opérations et les directeurs généraux pour fournir un excellent service aux clients.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing new business as well as expanding existing client base of automotive fleets & automotive dealerships in assigned territory
  • Create, maintain, & provide accurate & timely sales forecasts for assigned territory
  • Work in a team-oriented fashion, supporting a unified approach to delivering customer solutions
  • Serve as a liaison between our customers and the organization.
  • Visit customer locations to build relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Increase volume while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities from existing clients.
  • Collect and regularly update information from clients related to projected volumes and provide feedback to the CDS Sales Manager, Canada.
  • Utilize all appropriate means to research, respond to and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Work with Regional Operations Manager and General Managers to provide stellar customer service to customers.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou dans une discipline connexe ou expérience équivalente recommandée.
  • Posséder la capacité de constamment développer des perspectives, une clientèle potentielle et de nouvelles opportunités de ventes.
  • Posséder d'excellentes compétences en négociations et en clôture de négociations.
  • Être motivé et enthousiaste avec de très bonnes aptitudes de communication écrite, verbale et interpersonnelle.
  • Capacité à bien travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe pour atteindre les quotas de vente fixés.
  • Posséder d'excellentes aptitudes en gestion du temps, en organisation et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Être capable de travailler avec succès dans un environnement au rythme rapide et de respecter les délais exigeants.
  • Un bon jugement est nécessaire pour gérer la concurrence des priorités.
  • Posséder une grande éthique de travail et de fortes capacités analytiques.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience recommended
  • Possess the ability to continuously develop prospects, leads, and new sales opportunities
  • Must have excellent negotiation & closing skills
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently & as a team player to achieve aggressive sales quotas
  • Must possess excellent time-management, organizational, & problem-solving skills
  • Able to successfully work in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding deadlines
  • Strong judgment is required to manage competing priorities
  • Possess a tremendous work ethic with strong analytical skills
