Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role is essential in managing and growing our commercial insurance accounts while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the insurance market, and the ability to analyze client needs effectively.
Duties
- Manage commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to enhance service delivery and account growth.
- Collaborate with underwriters to secure appropriate coverage for clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of client policies and coverage options, making recommendations as necessary.
- Support sales administration tasks, including preparing proposals and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or account management within the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and market conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for account management.
- A valid Property and Casualty insurance license.
