INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Richmond

The Role
Our client focuses on the distribution of mining products and water across Canada and the United States. In the search for an Inside Sales Representative for their branch in Richmond. The shift times are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with the possibility of starting at 7 am.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical support and services to customers
- Works with Outside Sales team to grow existing customers and create new ones
- Educates customers about features and benefits of our services and products
- Processes customer orders, including order data entry
- Prepares quotations, bids, and letters
- Assists in the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and other administrative duties
- Assists with general sales and marketing initiatives as required
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in wholesale distribution
- Facility to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with several computer applications and technology
- Some knowledge of CRM platforms
- Ability to lift 25lbs to up to 50lbs on some occasions in our yard or inside our warehouse
Compensation
- up to $26 an hour to start
