10-75 Emergency Vehicles is a manufacturer of purpose-built vehicles for law enforcement, fire departments, emergency medical services, department of public works and contractors. Our goal is to provide our customers with custom-tailored vehicles to help them complete their mission. We are a casual company that works hard to make sure our customers get the service they need. We are seeking an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of sales, administrative and support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting
  • Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Organize operations and procedures
  • Manage relationships with customers, vendors, service providers, and landlord
  • Organize install schedule with Installation Manager and contact customers for appointments
  • Coordinate with Logistic Manager schedule to ensure job parts are ordered
  • Determine current trends and provide a review to management to act on
  • Ensure the top performance of staff by providing them adequate coaching and guidance
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures
  • Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance
  • Evaluate and manage staff performance
  • Organize orientation and training of new staff members
  • Coach, mentor and discipline staff
  • Ensure systems are maintained and current
  • Analyze and monitor internal processes
  • Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
  • Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Manage internal staff relations
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment

Our hours of operation are usually 7:30 am to 3:30 pm there will be cases where you will need to meet with customers at night due to them being members of volunteer emergency services. Our working atmosphere is family-oriented and casual. We offer paid time off, health care, vision, dental, 401K and product discounts.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Three to five years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance

Pay: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour
