Senior Enterprise Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive in Enterprise Sales, you will join a team of smart, passionate and highly-skilled telecommunications professionals to deliver fibre products in and around the Regina Area. We are a rapidly growing primarily remote organization with an entrepreneurial spirit, and are seeking team members who thrive on autonomy while achieving common goals.

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Post-Secondary Graduate, preferably in Business Administration
  • 7-10 years senior sales experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Demonstrable competency in developing strong relationships
  • A valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation and a clean driver’s abstract to the satisfaction of FlexNetworks.

Here’s what you’ll do:

The Senior Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure while you identify and explore unique value propositions that would enable customer success. This position is responsible for securing contracts within the Enterprise community and enable FlexNetworks to expand the reach and revenue penetration of Fibre services.

This role will provide end-to-end sales cycle management including prospect identification and qualification, funnel and prospect management, sales forecasting, proposal generation, contract closure and end-to-end customer relationship management.

Building and maintaining a healthy sales funnel with top prospects is a key skill for this position.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure

Technical Skills:

  • PC skills to include experience with Chrome and knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Salesforce.com experience; CRM and billing systems experience a plus

Out-of-travel will require overnight lodging in hotel/motel properties for continuous days as required. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
