Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for directing Sencore|Wellav into the PRO AV marketplace, developing new products for this Market, and to drive revenues to achieve required sales and revenue growth.

Primary accountabilities:

  • To grow and expand Sencore business/revenue into New Market:
    • New PRO AV Markets and New Sales Channels/Partners
      • Identify New PRO AV Market Growth areas
        • Establish programs for the new markets
        • Identify New Products in PRO AV Market
        • Identifying new Distribution, System Integrators Partners
        • Identify the new customers
        • Working with sales on best plan to reach and sell products to these new clients
    • Existing customer growth
      • Evaluate current accounts and market areas for PRO AV products
      • Establish a plan to promote and grow existing customers with PRO AV Products
      • Work with National Sales Manager and Account Managers on the plan
    • New Products
      • Identifying New products for expanding/growth
        • Working with PM on new products
  • Establish budget and plan to drive business in the PRO AV Market and other new business areas.
    • Submit Overall plan with supporting data
    • Travel Budget
    • Track bookings/shipments on new business
    • Bi-Weekly reports

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science degree and 5-7 years of sales or marketing experience, 2-5 years in PRO AV Markets. with Sales and Management experience. Technical background/knowledge is preferred.

NOTE - This position can work in the SD office or even remote at home or other location.
