Job Summary
Solara is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to drive operational efficiency, optimize data integrity, and maximize system utility through effective training and support across departments. This on-site position is pivotal to enhancing NetSuite’s functionality and adoption among our internal teams, directly supporting our company's growth objectives. Reporting to the Director of Construction, the CRM/ERP Administrator will play a hands-on role in managing, refining, and troubleshooting NetSuite applications, as well as providing strategic guidance on data and process optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously analyzes and configures NetSuite’s functionalities to meet business needs, identifying and implementing customizations that improve system performance and usability.
  • Collaborates with teams across Sales, Operations, and Construction to develop tailored NetSuite workflows and automated processes that streamline daily operations and improve accuracy.
  • Maintains data quality and accuracy by managing data entry protocols, conducting regular data audits, and ensuring that all records are up-to-date and aligned with business requirements.
  • Leads or contributes to projects that involve system upgrades, new module rollouts, and workflow enhancements, ensuring timely and successful project execution through effective planning and resource coordination.
  • Conducts onboarding and ongoing training for team members across departments, improving user confidence and efficiency. Provides responsive support to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless adoption of new processes.
  • Generates reports on NetSuite usage and performance, and documents system configurations, user procedures, and training materials to maintain a knowledge base for future reference.

Work Environment

Fully on-site position.
This role operates within a dynamic, professional office setting, providing a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. Standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and software, will be routinely used.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of direct experience with NetSuite, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in system design, systems engineering, and system architecture.
  • Proficiency in operating systems and IT infrastructure management.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a proactive approach to task completion.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driven, detail-oriented, and committed to optimizing internal processes.
  • Strong teamwork ethic and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, feedback-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
