Job Summary
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and strategic outreach. Your focus will be on identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services and products
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for target markets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Identify businesses facing challenges that our AI-powered software can quickly solve
- Articulate how ERP.AI's rapid solution deployment can drive immediate business value
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and industries
- Conduct compelling demonstrations showcasing our AI's ability to quickly address business problems
- Gather insights on common business challenges to inform our AI development
- Collaborate with the product team to align our AI capabilities with market needs

- Excellent communicator, adept at explaining AI concepts to non-technical decision-makers

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in technology sales, inside sales, or a related field is good to have
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and build rapport
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building

Pay: From $66,275.00 per year
