Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base
- Responsible for tracking and managing sales activities
- Lead projects related to business development and market expansion
- Drive sales efforts by identifying new opportunities and negotiating contracts
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage customer relationship management processes effectively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
-Proficiency in Salesforce software preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
