The Opportunity...
The Partner Account Coordinator will be an important component in the growth and effective operation of the entire Centerfield Publishing & Strategic Partnerships Team. This position will be responsible for generating daily reports for the team, along with monitoring, maintenance, and supporting the ongoing performance improvements for partner placements across all partner web properties, email, and call campaigns.

How You’ll Contribute…

    • Ensure optimal performance of publishing partner placements
    • Work closely with the Publisher Team to monitor performance through the development of reports
    • Analyze publisher performance and report findings to Publishing Team
    • Support day-to-day publisher projects and requests as needed
    • Support relationships with publishers as needed
    • Support new publisher account set up as needed
    • Verbal and written communication with both publishers and team (analysis/stats)
    • Analyze and research historical and current performance data
    • Coordinate and liaise with Operations, Ad Ops, Design, Datawarehouse, Client Services, and Accounting departments as needed
    • Work with Publishing team members to execute performance tests to maximize publisher performance
    • Review/keep publisher team up to date on any ongoing improvement/optimization needs
    • Strategize with the team on growth opportunities
    • Strategize with the team to improve the efficiency of internal department processes

What We’re Looking For…

    • Good reporting and data analysis skills
    • High interest in data analytics
    • Aptitude for numbers
    • Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel. Think of yourself as Excel Master.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • A curious and avid learner
    • Ability to prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs
    • Highly professional, friendly, organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
    • Pleasant email and phone manners
    • Must be able to work productively in a team environment across all departments
    • Hard working and goal oriented
    • Self-starter, proactive
    • High interest in performance marketing and results
    • 0-2 years related experience
    • Bachelor’s degree
