Canaan Stone is a leading stone fabricator based in Richmond, Vancouver. As we expand our business, we are looking for some dedicated and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
Job Description:
The Sales Representative will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales inquiries, assisting walk-in clients, and handling communication via phone and email.
This flexible position allows for remote work, and you won't be required to stay in the showroom all day, providing the freedom to manage your schedule effectively.
Compensation:
- Commission: 10% of total sales. For example, countertop projects are charged per slab, with each slab priced around $2000. A typical kitchen usually requires at least two slabs, resulting in a potential commission of approximately $400 per job.
- Bonus: Additional performance-based bonuses to reward outstanding achievements.
- Training Support: During the training period, you'll receive hands-on experience and support, including assigned clients to help you get started and build your sales portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organized and detail-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
