Role Overview: Founding Account Executive (On-Site, Full-Time)
Reval is hiring a talented Founding Account Executive, ideally with a background in recruiting! You will play a crucial role in driving our growth by:
- Identifying and closing new business opportunities, particularly within the recruiting and HR space
- Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including prospecting, pitching, and negotiating
- Conducting product demos and leading onboarding sessions to highlight the value of Reval’s platform
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success and capture feedback for ongoing improvements
- Leveraging tools and technology to enhance the sales process and fuel Reval’s continued growth
You will be at the forefront of our brand, working with prospects and customers across various industries to showcase the value of Reval and expand our presence in the market.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a SaaS Account Executive or similar sales role, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Prior experience selling into enterprise or mid-market accounts, with a successful track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with HR/recruiting technology is a plus, with a strong understanding of how to scale solutions within the recruiting landscape
- Demonstrated ability to lead consultative sales processes and tailor solutions to the specific needs of customers
- Experience conducting product demos, managing objections, and negotiating contracts at the enterprise level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- High level of grit, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
- Experience using CRM tools and sales enablement technologies to track performance and optimize the sales funnel
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting objectives
Compensation
- Base salary: 80k-110k
- On-target earnings (OTE): 140k-200k
