As a TD WATR Facilities Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Provide Facilities engineering leadership to the Virtual Factory Network for process technology transfers in support of Safety, Reliability, Quality, Environmental and Cost objectives.
Own safety within area of influence.
Ensure systems operate reliably to avoid manufacturing/facility or environmental excursions, own system documentation and maintenance strategy.
Support Facilities technology & development for the virtual factory network.
Provide direct support and maintain periodic communication with key suppliers to ensure latest and most cost effective solutions are and technical accuracy is maintained in master specifications and standards.
Provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with safety, code, and Intel standards as well as study opportunities to reduce cost and improve schedule.
Provide transfer Support to FSM facilities converting to new process technologies & ongoing technical guidance to FSM sustaining facility teams to maintain and improve factory operations
Ownership of waste system capacity models & roadmaps, including gap analysis
Work collaboratively with group leaders, system owners and technicians to provide technical training and mentorship, engaging them in the learning process to grow team capability
Leading development of future expansion needs for wastewater systems
Work with virtual factory wastewater treatment teams, providing support and expertise to enable VF partners for next generation of technology
Provide technical and troubleshooting support to operations teams for processes and equipment.
Understand the constituent components of Intel waste water flows and their source
Future performance validation against recipe and matching to projection tool.
Support wastewater emissions model development and validation of current systems to work on future permit needs for wastewater.
Work closely with the EHS modeling and projections groups to identify projection needs

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
The candidate must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering, or related scientific STEM fields.
At a Bachelor's level, the candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience with wastewater treatment equipment and processes.
At a Master's level, the candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of experience with wastewater treatment equipment and processes.
At a Ph.D. level, the candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with wastewater treatment equipment and processes.
2+ years of experience with wastewater operations in a semiconductor facility.
2+ years of experience with chemical process engineering principles in a semiconductor facility.
2+ years of experience with standard office software applications.
2+ years of experience with safely maneuvering through an industrial environment including climbing ladders and stepping over pipes.
