Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with the team to refine and improve sales processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in direct marketing, business development, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Life and health producer license or ability to obtain (reimbursement for licensing
