We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, the incumbent will develop and maintain customer relationships, analyze market trends, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, a keen interest in technology sales, and a steadfast commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Build relationships with customers.
- Representative will ensure the development of new customers and the retention of existing customers.
- Maintain updated information for customer records
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Daily use of CRM program to update and monitor the progress of clients
Skills and Qualifications:
- Reliable and on time.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- This position requires travel 70% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license and great driving record.
- Proficiency in English with excellent speaking skills; Hindi are appreciated but not necessary.
