We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our thriving company. Initially, we will pair our new customer service representative amongst a team of elite customer service managers to ensure proper training and knowledge is provided to guarantee a successful opportunity with our firm. The Customer Service Representative will provide support and guidance to our potential new leads and our clientele. The Customer Service Representative will stay up to date on all promotional offerings provided by our clientele alongside any competitors offerings throughout the local region.
About the Role :
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the daily communications and interactions between current customers and potential new leads. Being apart of the Customer Service division means you must be proficient and current on all communications strategies and tactics, report daily to the Customer Service department head, and show a strong sense of a motivated and competitive demeanor in order to thrive in our firm.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills; as meetings may be spearheaded by the top customer service representatives on our team
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a retail environment would be an asset for this role
- Entrepreneurial mind-set with a professional demeanor have been key components to successful customer service representatives in the past
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work within a team or individually
