MuleSoft - the world’s leading integration & API platform - is looking for an experienced marketer to lead all aspects of marketing for MuleSoft Training & Certification globally. Our Training & Certification function is a global business within MuleSoft, and critical to our customer’s success. We are excited to find a marketing leader that can drive and scale the entire marketing mix for training.
The global MuleSoft Training & Certification function is critical in ensuring that our rapidly growing base of customers and partners are successful on our platform. We have a rich portfolio of training programs, from self-paced and instructor-led courses to certifications and continued learning.
In this role, as part of the larger MuleSoft Marketing team, and in close collaboration with the VP Training & Certification and our global Training leadership team, you will define the marketing strategy and execution for all MuleSoft’s Training & Certification offerings worldwide. You will play a critical part in developing programs that roll up to our top business objectives, influence the overall MuleSoft message, and integrate MuleSoft Training & Certification across the entire MuleSoft marketing motion. You will establish new ways to reach our target audiences, communicating the value of training and certification, and nurturing audiences at each stage of the funnel. You will be able to communicate to both businesses and individuals the value that MuleSoft Training & Certification provides to their respective goals.

A successful candidate will be reliable, flexible, consistently meet all deliverables, and adaptable to partnering with peers in Marketing and teammates in Training & Certification across the globe.
Your Impact - Responsibilities
Own MuleSoft Training & Certification marketing vision, strategy and execution globally and in theater (AMER, EMEA, JAPAC, India).
Drive the value and importance of MuleSoft Training & Certification within MuleSoft’s global brand message.
Set the digital strategy and design integrated campaigns to bring that message and the MuleSoft Training & Certification product portfolio to the right businesses, and the right people, at the right time, through the right channels.
Be an integral part of MuleSoft’s marketing motion, and the MuleSoft Training & Certification team’s vision and strategy.
Own key marketing programs that deliver user growth and engagement including training completion rates for self-paced courses, theater-focused training demand gen, certification campaigns, and training within corporate events.
Coordinate ongoing programs that infuse training throughout corporate marketing touchpoints, increasing training awareness and mindshare within MuleSoft Anypoint Platform users.
Own the vision - in partnership with our web team - for the Training & Certification website, its roadmap, future requirements, stakeholder alignment and project management.
Update and track key KPIs from business performance and marketing funnel performance to inform adjustments to programs.
Create and maintain project timelines, track risks, communicate out progress for Marketing projects, and assure deadlines are met.
Work with Trailhead teams to go to market with Salesforce and expand the reach of MuleSoft Training & Certification to new audiences.
Create process flows and build out documentation to streamline and scale new and current marketing initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate
A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably a lead position within a technology, services or training marketing organization.
Proven track record of success delivering marketing programs that deliver against important metrics
Excellent written communication, presentation and project management skills with the desire and experience to collaborate cross-functionally.
Resourceful and skillful in managing a wide range of stakeholders.
Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to gather and understand key data and insights to report out on.
A storyteller who can translate training and certification program outcomes into inspiring customer success stories.
Experience with marketing and project management software like Marketo, Wrike, Tableau, Figma, and Trello.
Prior experience working with global System Integrators and a strong partner channel is a plus.
Prior experience working with a Training organization is a plus.
