Salesforce is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst to join the Internal Audit organization as a member of the Quality and Operations (Q&O) team. The Q&O team supports day-to-day operations and drives continuous improvement that helps the team scale and mature. Key responsibilities include identifying and driving process efficiencies through quality reviews, producing timely and accurate reports and analyses, managing the department’s technology systems and processes, and proactively identifying ways to support the Internal Audit organization. This role also includes spearheading ad-hoc projects and managing departmental deadlines to ensure timely completion.

Job Functions:

As a phenomenal teammate on the Q&O team, you will be responsible for the following in this role:

  • Execute quality assurance reviews to assess adherence with methodology and standards

  • Assist with the development of Audit Committee meeting materials with minimal oversight and errors

  • Serve as project manager/coordinator for cross-team priorities and projects

  • Track and report progress against priorities, budget, and internal audit plan

  • Compiling, monitoring, and advancing performance metrics to report to management and the Audit Committee

  • Promoting, maintaining, and refreshing the Internal Audit Department Google site, including updating the site with hot topics and subject matter that is relevant to Salesforce

  • Assist with updating the audit methodology policies and procedures when departmental processes evolve

  • Assist with management of various annual and ad hoc projects throughout the year

  • Serve as the department’s technology administrator and MetricStream (GRC tool) champion

  • Assist with operational audit or SOX testing as needed and/or necessary.

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in Accounting or Audit

  • Professional certification (CPA, CIA, PMI-ACP, PMP) preferred

  • Experience in performing data analysis & reporting

  • Experience leading and executing process improvement initiatives

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently while supporting team initiatives and objectives

  • Demonstrates dependability and sense of urgency about results and execution

  • Experience using Tableau, Google suite, MetricStream, or Smartsheet is preferred
