Promote and sell Schindler products and services to our existing customer portfolio, as well as to grow the existing portfolio. Quarterly travel to assigned field offices.
Identify portfolio opportunities that will generate FP revenue, new business growth, customer retention, and digital business growth. Sell across all EI product lines.
Generate sales estimates & proposals for upselling to existing portfolio, as well as for new business development. Establish favorable client relationships, assess and rectify customer complaints.
Collaborate with multiple offices within an area or territory to ensure customers’ needs are met in an efficient and timely manner. Attend weekly office meetings remotely, including accounts receivable management. Visit offices quarterly for collaboration and customer visits.
Meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets, comply with company Sales Absolutes.
Effectively communicate and negotiate with customers, establish favorable client relationships. Assess and follow customer complaints to satisfactory resolution.
