Sales Enablement Lead
Safe Software is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to join our Sales team. As a Sales Enablement Lead , you will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, training, and strategies needed to enhance performance and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will:
- Manage and reinforce our sales methodology and sales processes to understand and enhance what skills, knowledge, process and tools are required by our sales team, in order to increase velocity and conversation rates at each stage in the process.
- Conduct an inventory of current skills, processes, knowledge and tools with the sales leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on the sales enablement plan
- Translate messaging into actionable phone pitches, email templates & use cases enabling the business development and sales team to have consistent, effective and engaging sales conversations with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop innovative sales tools like day-in-the life demo scripts, whiteboards and simple power points that make it easier for sales teams to explain the portfolio of products.
- Collaborate with sales to develop relevant and engaging training for new hires, new products and/or solutions.
- Take ownership of the new hire onboarding processes for all sales hires, supported by the sales management team.
- Manage the rollout, adoption and knowledge transfer of best practices on leveraging the CRM and other sales enablement tools, while also ensuring alignment to sales processes.
- Enable Sales Managers to effectively engage with their teams
- Assist in the selection and deployment of technologies to be used by the field force to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work in conjunction with Product Marketing to manage a content repository of sales assets to ensure a centralized repository of materials that meets the needs of the sales organization.
- Implement a continuous improvement program for our comprehensive on-boarding program and establish measurable metrics.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Safers come from a variety of backgrounds with a diversity in skills and knowledge. That said, we find that those who are most successful in this role have experience with the following areas.
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in sales, sales enablement, or related roles.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to create cohesive enablement strategies.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies with a proven track record in developing and implementing sales training programs, processes, or technology that improved sales performance.
- Expertise in developing sales training materials, onboarding programs, and sales playbooks.
- Familiarity with the technology Industry and its sales processes, challenges, and solutions.
- Analytical skills to track sales metrics, evaluate performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Ability to identify gaps in the sales process and create strategies to improve them.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to different audiences.
